  2. We admit patients with a physician’s order within 2 hours, every day of the year.

  3. We coordinate care with facility staff by attending team meetings and notifying staff of our presence in a facility.

  4. We answer all telephone calls before the 4th ring and respond to pages within 30 minutes.

 Principles of Comfort

  1. We provide comfort by evaluating response to treatment on every visit or telephone call.

  2. We are on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to respond to patient’s needs.

  3. We communicate with those we serve as frequently as they desire.

  4. We listen to our customers and adjust our plan of care accordingly.

 Principles of Peace

  1. We respond to customer requests within twenty-four hours.

  2. We provide experienced, qualified and compassionate physicians, nurses, counselors and well-trained volunteers.

  3. We value the dignity of each individual.
